Here's just a fun pic I made to show my Easter "mantle" area, the eggs we dyed, and the boys' baskets:
Normally, we go to my parent's side of town to do the Regis egg hunt. Since my parents are still in CA with Laura, we tried the Platt Park egg hunt located exacly 1.5 blocks from our house. It was so much fun! The weather was seriously perfect, we saw lots of neighbor friends, and the eggs lasted much longer than the 25 seconds it takes the Regis kids to clear the quad :)
George is tough to photograph during his egg-hunting. He is like a blur. I know he looks grumpy in this second one, but he wasn't, I just think it's a good picture of our handsome boy.
Gus counted his eggs for me. It sounded something like this, "Boo, ga, fut, ga..." There is nothing even close to comprehensible in his counting, but it's entertaining.
The boys were pretty excited this morning with their loot from the Easter Bunny.
The Rescue Bot was the big hit...
After church today, St. Elizabeth's had their annual egg hunt. I could not get a good picture of the boys together to save my life... oh well!
We spent the afternoon in Castle Rock at Shane & Rhonda's new house. The boys had a blast, especially George. He loves everything about Luke!
It's been a great weekend and a great end to our Spring Break. Luckily, the boys and I get tomorrow off as well to recover from our busy weekend. Happy Easter everyone!
