Our O'Reilly Vacation

We just got back from a wonderful week-long vacation to Amelia Island, Florida, where we went to spend time with Sean's family. We were there with Sean's parents (celebrating their 40th anniversary this year), his two sisters, their husbands, and George's six cousins. We rented a house right on the beach for the week and it worked out great! Here's are a TON of pictures from our week:

This is the house that we rented. It had four big bedrooms (one for each couple) with a private bathroom for each, a cool loft where the big kids slept, and a big screened-in porch looking out on the water. George and the triplets slept in pack n plays with their respective parents.

We had such a good time! For the most part, George did so well sleeping in an unfamiliar house with new noises and faces! On the third day in Florida, he did catch a nasty cold and had a very rough night, lots of crying, a high fever, sweating through his jammies, etc., but it only lasted a couple days and then he was back to his old self. Poor Ryan got it much worse and was not a happy camper the last couple days. We wish he and Kelly could have enjoyed the beach a bit more, but he should be on the mend now!

It was quite a shock to come home to 25 degree weather, but I'm actually glad it was so cold here because it made for a good escape to the beach!
