I wanted to share a quick funny story from this morning. Today I took George to the library's story time. He's been going to Book Babies since he was 5 months old, so I thought he'd be ready to move up to the toddler/pre-school version with craft time at the end. We got there a little early and looked at some books before going into the storytime room. The nice lady was singing fun songs and read a couple books about boats and George just got up and walked right out the door. I figured he wasn't ready to sit for that long and followed him out. He went straight to the books we were looking at earlier, picked out one about digger trucks, and walked back into the storytime room holding it out to give to the lady to read instead. I don't think he quite understood that the theme today was boats, not diggers, and that she picks the books, not him :)
Here's one of the few pictures I've taken recently of George, it's pretty obvious he was thrilled with the Oreo cookie he got as a treat.

Anne, that is TOO cute! What storytime do you go to? We usually go to the toddler/book babies one on tuesday over on university, but kaden says he feels too advanced for the book babies and has no time for the toddler one (walks out immediately after arriving), so we stopped going. Love your new schedule! Let us know if you want to play sometime!
