The big story this week has been the blur of activity in our basement. The group of guys digging out the basement started Monday morning and will be done digging out the whole thing today with the new footing all around the perimeter. They have worked so hard! I'm so glad Sean wasn't doing it, as you can see, there was TONS of dirt to be moved!
Here's the bobcat hauling the dirt away - another thing Sean was going to have to do until we found these guys!

Here you can see how much lower the floor will be compared to where it was. It will really make the basement such a better space!
